Directions for Use:

• To create a soothing soak, simply mix the herbal powder into warm white vinegar. (If you're using it for your private parts, just use warm water instead.)
• Soak the area for 30 minutes. Don't rinse for at least six hours.
• Use one pack once a day. Remember, this is for external use only!
