Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions comprise the complete agreement between customer and American Herbals Labs, Inc.(AHL) with respect to products supplies, accessories, related equipment, and supplements offered by AHL. Acceptance of all orders by AHL is strictly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Orders, price, shipping.
AHL reserves the right to review and decline any order and purchases will have to be placed in accordance with AHL’s order process. Products taxes will be collected depending on the customer’s location. Some locations are qualified for tax exemptions.
The price for each product is subject to change without prior notice. Please be aware that the price is reflected based upon the material and service cost.
Shipping methods are chosen by AHL unless specific requested by customer. If customer wants to cancel, change shipping time, or make change to the order; customer would have to call, email, or fax the request prior to order being processed. Once the order is processed and delivered, no change will be accepted.
AHL uses USPS- priority mail and UPS as our shipping carriers. All shipping is consisted of shipping and handling fee. Under normal circumstance, we will process and/ or ship the package on same day or a day after the order is placed during our normal business days. Other conditions such as the requested product is out-of- stock, or payment issue may cause the delay in processing time. For regular shipping, the delivery time is from 2-5 days depending on customer’s location. General Delivery times of USPS as follows: East Coast: 2-3 business days;
Midwest: 3-5 business days; West Coast (CA): 1-3 business days; Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: 3-5 days. For urgent, overnight, and express shipping, the delivery time is from 1-2 days and shipping cost is, considerably, higher than regular shipping cost due to the nature of urgency. Factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday seasons, or unpredictable circumstances will impact the time of receiving the package.
We will automatically add Signature Confirmation on each order. You can request without signature confirmation by sending us an email or call us, but we are not responsible if the package is lost. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Return and Refund Policy
In order to return a product, customer must first call or email to obtain an authorization number from American Herbal Laboratories, Inc. (AHL). All return items will not be accepted without the authorization number and receipt as proof of purchase. The return item must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition. The return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee equal to the purchase value. All return will not be honored 30 days after the date of purchase or if the seal is broken. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Inspection will be performed once the return product is received. After the inspection, refund will be processed. Customer have an option to choose either store credit for future order or receive the refund amount after 20% restocking fee has been applied. AHL will not refund the following products including: The Book “Chinese Medicine Made Simple”, Meridian Energy Analysis System, Test Kit, and Nano Herbs® light.
4. Warranty, Repair, and Replacement
Nano Herbs Light and Meridian Energy Analysis System are qualified for 1 year warranty after the day of purchase. AHL warrants that during the warranty period, each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. AHL’s exclusive obligation under the warrant is AHL’s option, to repair the defective product or supply replacement product free of charge. Customer is advised to contact AHL for assistance. For minor problems, solution or tips will be given over the phone or via email; otherwise, customer will be asked to send the item back for examination and investigation. AHL advises customers not to give the product to thirty-party for repair or replacement as it will indirectly cause more damage to the product or part, and make it more difficult for our engineers to find the problem and repair. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost when shipping the item to seller to repair or replacement. During warranty period, all repair works are at no cost; however, shipping fee will be charged for sending the items back to customer. After the warranty period, any repair work carries out by AHL on any product will be charged service fee, material fee (if applicable), and shipping fee.
5. Wholesale account
To set up a wholesale account, customers must meet minimum order requirements (herbs only). Customers need to follow and fulfill our wholesale requirements. Please call or email us for detail information.
